Purpose

These terms govern the use of the Aero Todo software for Android, published by SIS•SOFT, hereinafter "the software", as well as the consultation of this site.

Installing the software and using its functions constitute acceptance of these terms.

Licence of use

SIS•SOFT grants a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence, limited to the installation and the use of the software on the devices of which you are the user.

This licence covers the use of the software and transfers no right of ownership.

Prohibited uses

The following uses are prohibited:

• Decompile, disassemble or modify the software.
• Redistribute the software or a modified version, on an application store or elsewhere.
• Circumvent technical limitations or remove the ownership notices.
• Use the software for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

The software, its name, its icon, its drawn interface and the drawings that accompany it remain the property of SIS•SOFT.

The third-party libraries used remain the property of their authors and are listed in the Licences screen of the software.

No warranty and liability

The software is provided as is, with no warranty of freedom from error or of data retention.

The export provided for that purpose writes a copy of your tasks to your device; it is up to you to make use of it.

SIS•SOFT cannot be held liable for a loss of data, unavailability or indirect damage resulting from the use of the software.

Availability and updates

The software is distributed by Google Play; its download and its updates depend on that service and on its own terms.

A future version of the software or of the site may modify these terms.

Modification of the terms

These terms may be modified. The applicable version is the one published on this page.

The Aero Todo software is published by SIS•SOFT.
